Job Overview

We are is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and strengthen the organization's hiring function. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, building high-quality talent pipelines, leading recruitment operations, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent across functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership hiring, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, team leadership, and building scalable hiring processes that support organizational growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.




- Strong experience managing and developing recruitment teams.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition strategy.
- Experience in offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and candidate closure.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in NGOs, social impact organizations, education, healthcare, or mission-driven environments.
- Exposure to workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Experience building employer branding and recruitment marketing programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with recruitment metrics and reporting expertise.
- Experience creating employee referral and strategic sourcing programs.
