Role summary The Head of Technology & Innovation sets technology direction and turns it into business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of engineering and commercial strategy.

The role shapes what we build, helps clients see why it matters, and works alongside sales to win new business.

Key responsibilities

Technology strategy and innovation

- Define and own the technology vision, strategy and roadmap
- Identify emerging technologies, including AI, that create competitive and its clients
- Set architecture, cloud and security standards across the organization

Presales and solutioning

- Lead presales end to end: discovery, solution design, proposals, estimates and client presentations
- Translate business needs into commercially viable, scalable solutions
- Take solutions to market, from design through to client adoption

Business growth and client engagement

- Partner with sales to identify opportunities, acquire new clients and grow revenue
- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders
- Explain the business value of technology clearly to decision-makers

Engineering leadership

- Lead and develop engineering teams
- Guide architecture, cloud,



security and AI adoption across delivery
- Ensure technical quality and delivery excellence on client engagements

Required qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in engineering leadership and solution architecture
- Relevant experience in a CTO, Head of Technology or equivalent senior technology role
- A strong track record in presales and sales, with clear contribution to revenue growth
- Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers and explaining the business value of technology
- Hands-on understanding of modern architecture, cloud platforms, security and AI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in an IT services or technology consulting organization
- Master's degree or MBA
