Hiring: Sales Head

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 12–18 Years

Budget: Up to ₹30 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head / Relationship Building Head to lead end-to-end sales

Key Responsibilities

- Own sales targets, revenue, collections and pipeline.
- Lead and build the sales team and drive performance.
- Develop premium channel partner & wealth advisor networks
- Manage CRM, sales funnel and conversion processes.
- Personally drive and close high-value deals.

Preferred Industries

Premium Real Estate | Luxury Hospitality | Senior Healthcare / Eldercare

Ideal Profile: Robust experience in premium/luxury sales, team leadership and channel partner management. Senior living/healthcare experience is a strong plus.
