ServQual is looking for a qualified Financial Controller to manage finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance across our India, UK and USA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations across India, UK and USA.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, UK VAT, HMRC and US tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheets and consolidated financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, receivables and payables.
- Oversee payroll, banking, intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisers.
- Implement financial controls, monitor costs and ensure timely statutory filings.




- Manage accounting systems including Xero, Tally and QuickBooks.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Robust knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Exposure to UK and US accounting and taxation preferred.
- Experience in multi-entity accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to independently manage financial operations and report directly to management.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS or multinational companies will be an advantage.
