HEAD – FINANCE

Strategic Finance Leadership | Business Growth | Governance

Wondr Diamonds is looking for a high-calibre Finance Leader to lead our Finance & Accounts function and play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, governance and growth of the organization.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a finance professional who can go beyond accounting and compliance — someone who can partner with the Management, drive financial discipline and enable informed business decisions.

? Experience: 10–15 Years

? Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / equivalent The Leadership Mandate

As Head – Finance, you will be responsible for:

▪️ Leading the overall Finance & Accounts function and financial governance

▪️ Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance

▪️ Providing strategic financial insights to the Management for key business decisions

▪️ Overseeing P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and working-capital management

▪️ Driving strong financial controls across our multi-location retail operations

▪️ Overseeing jewellery inventory accounting, reconciliation and financial controls

▪️ Leading statutory, internal and external audit processes

▪️ Ensuring robust compliance across GST, TDS, Income Tax and applicable regulations

▪️ Managing banking relationships, treasury and funding requirements

▪️ Driving cost optimization and improving operational profitability

▪️ Developing meaningful MIS and financial dashboards for Management review

mentoring and leading a high-performing Finance team

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a finance leader who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have:

✔️ 10–15 years of progressive Finance & Accounts experience

✔️ CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification preferred

✔️ Strong experience in retail, jewellery, manufacturing or other inventory-intensive businesses

✔️ Proven exposure to multi-location operations

✔️ Strong understanding of working capital, inventory controls and business profitability

✔️ Excellent knowledge of taxation, audit, compliance and financial reporting

✔️ Strong ERP and advanced MS Excel capabilities

✔️ Exceptional analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills

✔️ The ability to work closely with promoters / senior management and translate financial data into business decisions
