A Head of Civil Engineering leads the civil division, oversees large-scale infrastructure or building projects, and manages engineering teams, budgets, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Direct the civil engineering department, set technical standards, and define methodologies for all projects.

- Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end execution of civil works, infrastructure, roads, and structures from conception to completion.

- Financial & Contract Management: Plan budgets, monitor costs, review bills of quantities (BoQs), and evaluate contractor tenders.

- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.

- Team Mentorship: Lead project managers and site engineers, conduct performance reviews, and build technical capacity.

- Stakeholder Liaison:



Coordinate with architects, clients, consultants, and government regulatory bodies.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree or MBA in Project Management is often preferred.

- Experience: 10 to 15+ years of relevant civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.

- Licenses: Qualified Engineer (PE) license or equivalent statutory certification.

- Skills: Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD), strong contract administration, and deep knowledge of industry safety codes.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
