What is this role about?

- We’re looking for an experienced Client Servicing Director to lead our client business and help shape the next stage of the agency.
- You’ll own our client relationships, the health and growth of our accounts, and the standard of how we deliver.
- You will lead the account management team and work alongside the Creative Director as an equal partner, protecting great work while running commercially strong accounts.
- This is a role with real autonomy. We expect you to make decisions, solve problems and run the client business without waiting for the founder to do it for you.

What will you own?

- Senior client relationships across our portfolio
- Account health, growth, scope, margins and renewals
- Clear, inspiring creative briefs and excellent delivery
- The account management team and multidisciplinary client pods
- Solid partnership between clients, account management and creative
- Commercial discipline across scopes, rates,



invoicing and collections
- Our relationship with external media partners
- Identifying and converting opportunities to grow our existing accounts

Who are we looking for?

- You have 10–12 years of mainline / digital or integrated advertising agency experience and have already operated as a senior client leader.
- You have creative taste. You can recognise a strong idea, defend it intelligently and help make it better.
- You’re commercially sharp and operationally excellent. You’ve led people, managed important client relationships and taken responsibility for the numbers behind them.
- You bring clarity when things get complicated, judgement when things get difficult and confidence when clients need leadership.
- And you want more than a senior title at a large agency. You want the opportunity to help build one.
