Purpose - Why does this role exist?

- Providing infrastructure and Facilities like Canteen, Drinking water, Guest Houses, Housekeeping services and work place to the staff.
- This role is responsible for setting up the offices, town ship and guest houses at the plant location.
- Ensure Improved facility of Housing and Infra for GET/DET/Employees as per company policy.
- Maintaining healthy and Hygienic environment inside the work place as well as employee accommodations.
- Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and development of yearly plans.
- Foster a culture of safety and administrative excellence.
- Implement technology solutions for improved efficiency.

Maintenance of All Facilities %

- Road Sweeping-

Ensure cleanliness of 95% or higher in monthly inspections of 40 Lakhs Sq. Ft of roads inside the plant and the roads approaching the plant towards Sanjeevani Hospital & Goa gate.
- Water Treatment and Distribution

Ensure water quality meets WHO standards 100% of the time by creating systems for Treating 1.90 Lakhs Liters of water daily for drinking purposes.
- Maintenance of Office Buildings

Allocate a dedicated maintenance team. Ensures a safe and functional work workplace.
- Toilet Maintenance & Sewage Disposal

Achieve a hygiene rating of 98% or higher in monthly inspections 353 toilets daily to the highest hygiene standards.
- Furniture Maintenance

Replace 100% of identified old furniture from offices/ Restrooms and common areas. Target to replace 03 Office per year
- Maintenance of Central Kitchen

Maintain 15,000 Sq. Ft of the central kitchen to the highest hygiene standards. Employ a dedicated kitchen maintenance team. Running Kitchen to the highest standards of Food Safety.




- Planning,Installation and Commissioning of Bottling Plant

Planning, Installing and Comissioning of Bottling plant and ensure production of 1000 bottles per day.
- Solid Waste Management

Handle 2500 kg of dry and 400 kg of wet waste using environmentally friendly method and Promote environmental sustainability. units

Hospitality & Event Management %

- Maintaining 3 Guest Houses near the Plant Location
- Successfully Managing Events
- Operating Canteens: Manage 12 canteens and 3 paid canteens, serving approximately 6000 meals daily
- Managing Food Menu and Related Services- Develop and manage the food menu for all canteens.
- Acquiring ISO Certification for the Central Kitchen- Steps to ensure ISO certification units

- Ensuring Safety at the time of acquiring accommodations as per JSW Safety norms for all residences.
- Ensuring provisions of Safety, Hygiene, Cleanliness in all Labor colonies .

Critical Tasks RACI

- Strategy
- Assist in development and execution of ABP plans for Admin and Hospitality department.




- Achieve a cleanliness rating of 95% or higher in monthly inspections .

- Acquiring ISO Certification for the Central Kitchen
- Execution
- Lead one committee from the Health & Safety Management System, ensuring a minimum of 12 meetings a year with 90% attendance
- Lead and manage the audit team for four comprehensive formal Health & Safety audits annually, focusing on key risk areas such as Working at Height, Gas Safety, Construction Safety, Contractor Safety, Road Safety, and Fire Safety.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, including improvement in menu and food quality.
- Commission and manage new Airtel towers, installation of boosters at project sites, and the painting of telecom towers.
- Budget formulation and monitoring
- Governance
- Ensure 100% completion of Health & Safety Training programs for all team members, including associates.
- Review all SOPs, HIRA/JSA, and LOTO procedures of the department, and train team members on these procedures. Maintain training records and review dates for each procedure.
- Ensure for Quarterly Hazard Hunt Exercise in the department and record findings in the safety portal.
- People
- Develop and implement a people/Manpower management plan for key employees.
- Ensure smooth accommodation and transition for new employees, including GETs, DETs, and associate employees, with a focus on improving living conditions and amenities.

- Implement technological solutions to enhance safety and environmental compliance.
