Role Description The Head Human Resources Development will lead the design and execution of HR strategies that support Healthy Jeena Sikho’s mission and rapid growth. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Mohali district, will oversee HR planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Daily responsibilities include developing and updating HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, coaching managers,



and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR practices. The role will collaborate closely with leadership to build a robust organizational culture, drive learning and development programs, and support succession planning.

Development will also handle complex employee relations issues, monitor compliance with labor laws, and use HR analytics to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and Human Resource Development skills, including experience in building and scaling HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess HR Management and HR Policies expertise, with a track record of designing, implementing, and communicating clear, compliant policies.
- Candidates should possess robust Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, mediation, and fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development in a growth-oriented organization is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in people development.
