Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet business requirements.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records of employee relations, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.

- Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair treatment of employees and improve overall organizational performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address employee grievances in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in HRBP role with expertise in Blue Collar Hiring, Manpower Planning, Labour Management, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition etc. .

- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification required; MBA/PGHRM preferred but not mandatory. .

- Proven track record of handling complex HR projects related to factory operations; knowledge of labour laws & regulations essential.
