Required Qualifications &

- Competencies

- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Masters Degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.

- Experience: 12 to 18 years of progressive Generalist HR experience, with a robust preference for candidates with healthcare or hospital operations exposure.

- Domain Expertise: Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, NABH/NABL HR standards, and workforce planning.

- Leadership &

- Team Management: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing HR teams across multi-location units.

- HR Technology &

- Analytics: Proficient in HRIS platforms, digital HR tools, and data-driven HR metrics reporting.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating under high-pressure healthcare environments
