Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR operations across HO, plants, depots and sales regions: policies, SOPs, employee lifecycle and manpower planning.
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations at all plants; handle worker committees / unions, wage settlements, discipline and domestic enquiries.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance under the new Labour Codes, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit, S&E; and POSH; manage inspections and audits.
- Govern contract labour: contractor licences, wage / PF / ESIC verification and principal-employer obligations.
- Build a volume hiring engine for plant workforce and field sales (SO / TSI / ASM), and close leadership and specialist roles.
- Run goal setting, annual appraisals,



calibration and field-force incentive schemes; build succession for critical roles.
- Drive engagement and retention for shop floor, field and office teams; reduce field-sales attrition.
- Own accurate, on-time payroll for 2,000+ employees and our Spine HRMS (attendance, leave, payroll, ESS, field attendance).
- Present a monthly HR dashboard to the Directors: headcount, attrition, cost, absenteeism and hiring.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
