Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's textile products in the domestic market.

- Manage key accounts, build robust relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities through effective networking and market research.

- Oversee budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive sales growth and profitability.

- Lead a team of marketers to develop marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in Sales Head Marketing or similar role in the Textile & Apparel industry.

- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.

- Strong understanding of Key Account Management principles, including building strong relationships with high-value clients.

- Excellent Budget Management skills, with ability to allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
