Responsibilities
- Head the Learning & Development activities of the Company.
- Prepare Scorecards
- Performance Management System
- Identify Training needs
- Prepare IDPs
- Design and implement learning strategies
- Manage training programs
- Develop employees skills and knowledge
- Implement various learning methods
- Arrange for workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through growth opportunities
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Hire and oversee training and L&D; Specialists
