Position: Hardware Design Engineer 3

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bengaluru

Contract tenure: 1 year

Required Skills:

- 57 years of relevant experience in Memory Compiler / SRAM / VLSI Design.
- Solid understanding of SRAM architecture and memory technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Synopsys Memory Compiler is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of memory collateral: Verilog, .lib, LEF, GDS.
- Knowledge of DRC/LVS and physical verification methodologies.
- Ability to run and analyze SPICE simulations.
- Good scripting and automation skills in Perl, Tcl, Python and/or Unix Shell.
- Strong analytical, debugging, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with globally distributed teams and manage multiple deliverables.
