Guest Relations Executive
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Luxury 5-Star Hotel
Experience: 2+ years
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality preferred
Work Mode: In-person
Shift: Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle guest requests and enquiries.
- Manage guest relations and ensure a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with hotel departments for guest requirements.
- Assist with VIP guest services when required.
Requirements:
- Hospitality background preferred.
- 5-star/luxury hotel experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming and guest-handling skills.
Benefits: Cab facility and duty meals. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
