- Guest Greeting & Welcome: Welcome guests upon arrival, manage VIP check-ins, and prepare welcome folders or amenities.
- Communication & Support: Provide information about Restaurant facilities, local attractions, and coordinate travel or dining arrangements.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and log customer complaints promptly, escalating to management when necessary and following up on corrective actions.
- Department Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to accommodate specific guest needs.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct courtesy calls or track daily logs to gather guest feedback and maintain repeat-guest history systems
Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹350.00 per day
