About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, tech-forward GTM / Lead Generation Executive to accelerate our growth engine in the competitive B2B SaaS landscape. In this role, you won't just compile static lead listsyou will architect modern, data-driven prospecting workflows that target high-intent SaaS. You will leverage cutting-edge GTM tools like Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce to identify, enrich, and route high-value accounts, driving a predictable pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build hyper-targeted Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data providers (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo), and advanced waterfall enrichment workflows via Clay.
2. Own the flow of prospect data into Salesforce and/or HubSpot. Ensure accurate data mapping, deduplication, proper lifecycle stage tracking, and clean account-contact hierarchies.
3. Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn) using AI tools and custom prompt chains (inside Clay or sequencers)



to scale personalized messaging.
4. Collaborate with RevOps/Sales leadership to set up automated lead scoring logic (firmographic, technographic, and behavioral signals) and ensure quick, accurate routing to Account Executives.
5. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align on target accounts, feedback loops, and campaign performance metrics.

- Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS lead generation, Sales Development (SDR), or GTM/Growth operations.
- Hands-on experience with Clay (building multi-step enrichment waterfalls, AI columns/Claygent, and webhooks).
- Proficiency in managing HubSpot and/or Salesforce (managing contacts, accounts, custom fields, lists, and tracking pipelines)
- Comfortable pulling data, analyzing campaign metrics, and optimizing based on conversion data.
