About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven, hands-on Growth & Performance Specialist to lead and scale our paid acquisition channels and digital growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid ad campaigns across search and social platforms to drive high-intent leads and strengthen Purple Quarter’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Search & Display Execution (Google PPC): Hands-on end-to-end setup, management, and continuous optimization of Google Ads search, display, and remarketing campaigns to capture high-intent B2B audiences.
- Paid Social Management (Meta & LinkedIn): Design, deploy, and scale paid campaign structures across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads to engage Founders, VCs, CEOs, and senior tech leaders.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy: Conduct market research, audience segmentation, keyword planning, and competitive analysis to build targeted campaign structures aligned with business goals.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Actively monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL, CPM) using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copies, landing pages, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion efficiency across all acquisition touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with content creators, graphic designers, and internal stakeholders to produce compelling ad creatives, landing page content, and campaign messaging that aligns with the brand voice.
- Budget & Pipeline Management:



Track ad spend allocation across channels to ensure productive spend, predictable lead generation, and optimal overall ROI.
- Research & Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Develop content strategies that align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for various digital platforms including blogs, social media, email newsletters, website copy, reports, e-books, whitepapers and PRs.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Hands-On Google PPC Mastery: Demonstrated experience in directly setting up, structuring, and running Google Ads search and display campaigns from scratch (not just managing third-party agencies).
- Multi-Platform Paid Social Expertise: Proven hands-on track record of building and managing successful paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Fluency in Performance Terminology: Deep functional mastery of core performance metrics and terminology—including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, QS (Quality Score), and Conversion Rates.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of dedicated experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media acquisition.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, and tag management systems.
- Strong data analytics and quantitative skills with a sharp focus on ROI and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run and monitor multiple performance campaigns concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills to draft compelling ad copy and collaborate with design/content teams.
