Responsibilities

What you will own.

1. 01Design, budget, and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, cold outreach).
2. 02Build and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and email nurturing workflows.
3. 03Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
4. 04Implement analytics, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking across marketing properties.
5. 05Run experiments, analyze campaign ROI, and report performance to executive leadership.

Intermediate skills

What you should bring.

- Hands-on experience managing paid ad accounts (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads)
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM workflows)
- Strong analytical abilities: advanced Excel, analytics platforms,



and attribution modeling
- Copywriting skills for ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and email copy
- A/B testing methodology, landing page optimization, and cohort analysis

Useful, not required: Experience in marketing AI products, developer tools, or high-value B2B enterprise services is highly preferred.
