- Support initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and revenue growth.
- Developing and executing D2C marketing and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with design, content, sales, operations, customer care and e-commerce teams for smooth execution.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of campaigns, sales activities, and business requirements.
- Support website and e-commerce activities related to promotions, campaigns and customer acquisition.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on sales and business development leads.
- Handle communication and follow-ups with domestic and international distributors.
- Identifying potential distributors, dealers, retailers, and business partners.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective distributors and business partners.
- Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, distributor meetings, and other industry events.
- For the travel-focused position, travel across India as required for business development, distributor meetings, exhibitions and market expansion.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
