About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, resourceful Growth & Partnerships Associate to grow our partner network and turn collaborations into tangible value for our learners.

You’ll work at the cutting edge of AI, researching emerging products and supporting partnerships with technology companies around the world. Working closely with our Head of Partnerships, you’ll own the research, outreach preparation, onboarding, and operations that keep partnerships moving.

Being AI-native is essential to this role. We expect you to use AI confidently in your daily work, apply judgment to its outputs, and find ways to improve the quality and speed of execution.

We want someone who spots opportunities, makes a robust case for them, and follows through. You should be comfortable taking initiative, solving problems independently, and improving how we work.

What You’ll Do

Build the partnership pipeline

- Identify AI, SaaS, productivity, and creator tools relevant to our learners.
- Research partner programs, decision-makers, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Prioritize prospects and prepare concise briefs with a explicit partnership rationale.

Support outreach and partner conversations
- Draft personalized outreach, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Prepare briefing materials and articulate the value for both TGA and prospective partners.




- Track conversations, commitments, and next steps.

Activate and manage partnerships
- Coordinate onboarding, verify offer terms, and test redemption flows.
- Make partner benefits easy for learners to discover and access.
- Monitor credits, usage, expiration dates, and renewals.
- Resolve access issues and identify opportunities to improve or expand benefits.

Own the systems and follow-through
- Maintain an accurate partnership CRM and inventory of active benefits.
- Share focused updates on progress, blockers, and priorities.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for research, outreach preparation, and reporting.
- Anticipate issues and drive next steps without waiting for reminders.

Who We’re Looking For

- AI-native: AI tools are already central to how you research, write, analyze, and automate work. You can demonstrate useful workflows you’ve built and explain how you verify their outputs.

Nice to Have

- Experience in partnerships, business development, operations, or account management.
- Familiarity with SaaS partner programs, software credits, or education technology.
- Experience managing CRMs, operational trackers, or reporting dashboards.
