Sarv Media is an AI film and creative studio. We make cinematic AI videos, from brand ads and product films to 3D product visuals and event reels. We’re a small, early-stage team. The right person will work directly with the founder and grow into a leadership role as the studio grows.

What you’ll do

Finding and winning clients

- Research brands, event companies, agencies and businesses that need video content
- Build and manage a list of potential clients
- Reach out through Instagram, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, and follow up consistently
- Get on calls with clients to understand their goals, budget and timelines
- Help prepare proposals and quotes, and close projects

Managing projects

- Be the main point of contact for clients during a project
- Share updates, collect feedback and keep timelines on track
- Coordinate with freelancers such as editors and sound designers when needed
- Make sure every client is happy and comes back or refers us

Growing the studio

- Help plan and manage Sarv Media’s social media and content
- Turn finished projects into case studies and portfolio posts
- Track what’s working: leads, replies, calls and closed deals
- Bring new ideas for reaching clients and growing the business
- Brainstorm with the founder on strategy and next steps

Who you are

- AI-first:



you already use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or AI image and video tools in your daily work, and you’re always looking for smarter ways to get things done
- Confident talking to people, and not afraid of rejection or follow-ups
- Clear and professional in written and spoken English; Hindi is a plus
- Curious about AI, film, marketing, brands or startups
- Organized: you keep track of conversations, deadlines and details
- Take ownership and get things done without being reminded
- Quick learner who enjoys trying current tools and ideas
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating proactively

Who can apply

- Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years)
- Any background: mass media, marketing, business/MBA, film, communications, or anything else if you have the skills
- Experience in sales, client handling, social media or freelancing is a plus, but not required
- You must be available full-time

What you get

- ₹15,000/month fixed
- 10% commission on every project you bring in. Our projects typically range from ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000+.
