About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident GRID Marketing & Outreach Executive to promote EFACTOR GRID and grow our user community.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, universities, startups, and organizations.
- Introduce and demonstrate GRID to students, professionals, and startup communities.
- Drive user registrations and onboarding.
- Build relationships with placement officers, faculty, student coordinators, HR teams, and startup founders.
- Conduct awareness and registration campaigns.
- Maintain outreach records and achieve monthly registration targets.
- Travel within Hyderabad and other cities when required.

Requirements




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and energetic personality.
- Comfortable with field work and travel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, outreach, recruitment, or business development is an advantage.
