Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Nashik.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, menus, packaging, and brand assets for all Yoova brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to understand design requirements, translating brand strategies into engaging visuals, and ensuring consistency in style and identity across platforms. The role also involves preparing production-ready files,



coordinating with vendors when needed, and staying updated on design trends, particularly in the food and beverage industry.

The Graphic

Designer will contribute creative ideas that support brand growth, customer engagement, and effective communication of Yoova’s healthy, modern food culture.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software.
- Experience creating digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online marketing.
- Ability to design print materials, including packaging, menus, brochures, posters, and in-store branding.
- Understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, color theory, and layout for cohesive brand communication.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work, preferably in food, hospitality, or consumer brands.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic photography, image editing, and motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.
