Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor. The role involves designing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and the Homewala.com website.

Responsibilities include creating logos, branding assets, and visual identities that reflect the company’s positioning in the real estate and NRI investment space.

The Graphic

Designer & Video Editor will also produce and edit videos for property showcases, promotional content, and educational materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams,



maintaining consistent brand visuals, preparing design files for deployment, and staying updated on design trends relevant to digital real estate marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital assets for web and social media.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
- Ability to plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing and property presentations.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to interpret briefs into effective visual designs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in office.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with real estate or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

Experience: 2 - 3 Years. Salary: 20,000 - 23,000.
