The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for property projects and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design property creatives, social media posts, banners, digital ads, and campaign visuals.
- Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, and other print and digital marketing materials.
- Develop project-specific creatives that follow UrbanCraft brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp, print).
- Coordinate with marketing, copywriting, and video teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Incorporate feedback and maintain an organised library of design files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or CorelDRAW / Canva).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and colour.
- A portfolio of previous work is mandatory for consideration.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Real estate design experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
