Come design ideas that create change.
Sakshi is looking for a creative, curious and versatile designer to shape how our work is seen, understood and experienced.
You’ll work across Sakshi’s functions, translating ideas, programme knowledge and stories into powerful visual experiences — from training modules, manuals and handbooks to campaigns, IEC materials, presentations, reports and event identities.
You’ll work with diverse teams and stakeholders across government, international organisations, corporates, funders and communities, so no two briefs will look the same.
What you’ll do
- Design engaging learning and knowledge products — modules, toolkits, manuals, presentations and handbooks.
- Create campaigns, IEC materials, posters, infographics and digital content.
- Develop visual identities and communication for events, programmes and partnerships.
- Help shape the evolving SBox visual language and knowledge platform.
- Turn complex ideas and information into straightforward, compelling visual stories.
- Collaborate with programme and communications teams from idea to final design.
What we’re looking for
- Someone with strong visual instincts, excellent layout and typography skills, and the ability to move between creative storytelling and detail-oriented design.
- You should be comfortable with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma and have a portfolio that shows range.
- Illustration, motion graphics, animation or video editing skills are a big plus.
- Most importantly, you should be excited by the idea that good design can make ideas more accessible, learning more engaging and social change more visible.
Bring your portfolio. Bring your ideas. Help us design the next chapter of Sakshi and SBox. Compensation - 25000 incl taxes
