About Us The Prime Developer is a US commercial real estate firm based in Austin, Texas. We develop, lease and manage retail and flex properties across Texas, working with franchise brands, local businesses and investors. We are building our team in India to support US operations during US business hours.

The Role

We're looking for a talented, fast-moving graphic designer to own our visual identity. You'll create scroll-stopping visuals and videos for ads, social media, property marketing and the website, using both traditional tools and AI. You'll keep everything we publish polished, consistent and professional. This role suits someone with a strong eye who can turn ideas into finished visuals quickly without dropping quality.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality visuals quickly for Meta and Google ads, social media, email campaigns, the website and print
- Use AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway and Firefly to generate images, video and motion content, and build AI into everyday workflows to move faster
- Design property marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, leasing packages, site plans, signage and investor presentations
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, ads, property walkthroughs, drone footage) in Premiere Pro, including captions, motion graphics, music and color correction
- Own the social media look,



keeping a consistent visual style across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Maintain and expand our brand guidelines, including templates, color, typography and layouts, so every piece looks professional and on-brand
- Turn floor plans, site plans and architectural drawings into clean, easy-to-understand marketing visuals
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to produce ad creative variations for A/B testing
- Support website design with banners, graphics and page layouts
- Organize design files, templates and brand assets in shared drives (Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Keep up with design, video and AI trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Qualifications

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally including social media and ad creatives
- Strong portfolio that shows range, speed and polish (required with application)
- Expert in Photoshop and Canva; comfortable with Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar
- Hands-on experience with Higgsfield and other AI image and video generation tools
- Skilled in video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color and visual storytelling
- Able to manage several requests at once and deliver quickly under tight deadlines
- Valuable written English, open to feedback, and comfortable working with a US team
- An architecture background or working knowledge of AutoCAD is a big plus
- Ability to speak Telugu is a plus

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India (WFH option for women employees only) Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
