About the Role

Idealizeer Content Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas, brand requirements, and marketing objectives into visually engaging designs.

The candidate will work closely with the content, social media, digital marketing, and creative teams to develop high-quality visual communication for various brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for social media posts, carousels, stories, reels, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, banners, flyers, standees, and promotional creatives.
- Create visual content for digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colour palettes, and visual style.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and digital marketing executives.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Make design revisions based on client and internal feedback.
- Ensure all final creatives are accurate, polished, and production-ready.

Required Skills




- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva , or equivalent design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Robust creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
- Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically appealing and marketing-oriented.
- Understanding of social media creative formats and advertising requirements.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing will be an advantage.
- Experience in designing performance marketing creatives.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Experience working with multiple brands or agency clients.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience .
- Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and marketing-oriented work will be preferred.
