About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The role involves creating high-quality visual content for HeyLearn AI’s social media, marketing campaigns, courses, events, branding and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding and social media design, along with the ability to turn ideas and concepts into engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and engaging designs for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Design posters, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives and campaign materials.
- Develop visual content for courses, workshops, events and educational programs.
- Create designs for digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in HeyLearn AI’s brand identity across all visual communication.
- Work closely with the marketing, content and management teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives accordingly.




- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on campaign objectives.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms.
- Create presentation designs, brochures, certificates and other company materials when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends and up-to-date visual styles.
- Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of social media design and digital content formats.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other video/motion graphics tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Experience creating content for educational, technology or AI-related brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools is an advantage.
