About OSCAR Foundation OSCAR Foundation is a non-profit organisation that uses football and education to empower children and young people from underserved communities.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Communications team in Mumbai. You will help bring our stories, campaigns and impact to life through engaging visual communication.

The Role This is a graphic design-first role, with approximately 80% of the work focused on design and 20% on basic copywriting when required.

We need someone who can take an idea or brief and turn it into polished, compelling visual content. You will work on digital creatives, campaigns, reports, presentations and other communication materials that showcase OSCAR Foundation's work and impact.

What You Will Do

- Design social media creatives, digital campaigns and communication assets
- Create presentations, pitch decks, brochures, reports, infographics and event collaterals
- Develop visual concepts and layouts from brief to final execution
- Maintain consistency across the organisation's visual identity and communication materials
- Adapt designs for different platforms, formats and audiences
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver creative projects
- Manage multiple design assignments and meet agreed deadlines




- Write or refine short copy for creatives and communication materials when required

What We Are Looking For Essential requirements

- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design
- A strong portfolio showcasing design quality, creativity and execution
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating social media creatives, campaign assets and presentation decks
- Ability to independently take a design brief from concept to final output
- Good written and spoken English
- Based in Mumbai and available for a full-time, on-site role

Good to have

- Working knowledge of Canva
- Basic copywriting skills
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics
- Experience working with brands, campaigns, non-profits or social-impact organisations

Who Will Do Well in This Role? You are a designer first. You have a good eye for detail, understand what makes a visual effective and can turn complex information or stories into explicit, engaging designs.

You are comfortable taking ownership of your work, incorporating feedback, collaborating with different teams and managing multiple deadlines.

Most importantly, you can demonstrate your design skills through your actual work, not just your CV.
