- Responsibilities

- Performance Ad Creative Design: Conceptualize and produce high-converting static banners, carousels, and social media ad creatives for Meta, Google UAC, LinkedIn, and display networks.

- Motion Graphics &
- Video Editing:

Animate and edit engaging short-form video ads, Reels, Shorts, and UGC-style promotional videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro.

- A/B Testing &

- Creative Iteration:

Partner with digital marketing leads to analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, Hook Rate) and rapidly produce visual variations of winning ad concepts.

- Landing Page &

- App Visuals:

Design responsive landing page layouts, app icons, feature banners, and App Store Optimization (ASO) screenshots in Figma.

- Brand Strategy &

- Design Systems:

Build visual guidelines, master ad templates, and scalable design assets across digital channels and product ecosystems.

- Execution &

- Ownership:

Independently translate high-level marketing briefs into production-ready visual assets with speed and strong visual hierarchy.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Experience: 5 to 8 years of qualified graphic design experience within a performance marketing agency, D2C brand, or fast-growing tech company.

- Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and expert proficiency in Figma.

- Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating direct-response performance ad creative sets, short-form video ad edits/motion graphics, and brand design work.

- Marketing Understanding: Solid grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO), ad platform specs, visual hooks, and call-to-action placement.

- Communication &
- Autonomy:

Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Education: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
