- Stay updated with illustration trends, color theory, and digital aesthetics

- Solid portfolio with illustration-led design work
- Proficiency in Procreate / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- Ability to think conceptually not just execute
- Strong understanding of color psychology, texture, shapes, and visual balance
- Ability to deliver multiple variations and maintain deadlines
