About Dennison

Dennison is an Fast Fashion Mens Apparel D2C brand with India Heritage led Design Philosophy (since 1988). Our positioning is “From India, For Global.” We’re looking for a designer who can make our social and ad creatives look sharp, clean and premium.

What you’ll do

1. Design social media assets (posts, carousels, stories, reel covers)
2. Create Meta ad creatives: statics and short videos
3. Use AI tools to generate and enhance statics and videos
4. Keep the brand identity consistent: logo, fonts, colors, layouts
5. Edit short-form videos, motion graphics and ad cut-downs
6. Adapt creatives for the website, marketplaces and campaigns
7. Work with the marketing team on ad performance and creative iterations

What we’re looking for
1. At least 1 year of experience in graphic design (fashion or D2C is a plus)
2. Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma/Canva
3.



Good video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut or After Effects)
4. Hands-on with AI tools for image and video generation (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Firefly or similar)
5. Strong sense of typography, color theory and text placement
6. An eye for minimalism: clean layouts, white space, premium feel
7. Understanding of what makes Meta ads convert (hooks, CTAs, safe zones)
8. Ability to work fast and handle multiple deadlines

Good to have
1. Experience with product photography retouching
2. Basic knowledge of motion graphics
3. Understanding of Indian fashion and Gen Z/millennial trends

What to share
1. Portfolio (social, ad creatives, branding work)
2. Samples of AI-generated work, if any

Job type: Full-time, in office in Noida

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
