Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – NPD

Location: Bhosari, Pune

Department: New Product Development

Industry: Automotive / Plastic Injection Moulding

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Support Current Product Development (NPD) and product launch activities.

Study customer drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Quality, Production and Purchase teams.

Assist in mould trials, component development and validation.

Support APQP, PPAP and NPD documentation.

Follow up with vendors and internal teams for timely project completion.

Assist in resolving development and manufacturing issues.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of CATIA / UG-NX / AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Willingness to work on the shop floor.
