Job Summary

We are looking for a government tender executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing bids, ensuring compliance, and submitting tenders on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate government tenders through GeM, CPPP & state e-procurement portals.

- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements.

- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids within deadlines.

- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Management teams.

- Manage EMD, tender fees, bid security, and documentation.

- Track corrigendums, bid openings, results,



and tender status.

- Maintain tender trackers, MIS reports, and bid records.

- Ensure compliance with tender terms and conditions.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in government tender management.

- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-Tender portals.

- Valuable knowledge of tender documentation and compliance.

- Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in business, commerce, marketing, or a relevant field.
