WE’RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETER

We Do Effects is looking for a highly talented and experienced Performance Marketer to join our growing team in Delhi.

We are looking for someone who can independently plan, execute, monitor and optimise paid marketing campaigns across different platforms and understands how to turn ad spend into quality leads and measurable business results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Meta Ads

- Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
- Campaign setup, audience targeting and retargeting
- Lead generation, traffic, engagement and conversion campaigns
- Creative testing, A/B testing and audience testing
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate and overall performance
- Regular campaign optimisation to improve lead quality and cost efficiency

Google Ads

- Create and manage Google Search campaigns
- Keyword research, match types and negative keywords
- Ad copy creation and testing
- Conversion-focused campaign optimisation
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate and search terms
- Budget management and performance optimisation

Performance & Reporting

- Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
- Monitor lead quality and conversion performance
- Test new audiences, creatives, keywords and campaign strategies
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to improve campaign results
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads,



Google Ads and digital advertising trends

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Positive understanding of paid advertising funnels and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimisation and performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret campaign data
- Creative approach towards ad campaigns and audience targeting
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Candidates with agency/client-handling experience will be preferred
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone talented, proactive and performance-driven

ROLE DETAILS

Position: Performance Marketer

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

Location: Delhi

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
