Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Monitor campaign performance, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per lead
- Create campaign reports and analyze performance
- A/B test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage advertising budgets effectively
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads trends

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads




- Hands-on experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Good communication skills
