Job Summary

Home Ideas Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Google Ads Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Search Ads, Performance Max, Display Ads, Remarketing, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. The candidate should be capable of independently managing campaigns and using performance data to improve lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term analysis.
- Create, test, and optimize effective ad copies.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and Quality Score.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and return on investment.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, locations, and targeting.
- Identify and implement negative keywords and search-term optimizations.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities for campaign scaling and performance improvement.
- Work closely with the SEO, content, design,



and marketing teams to align paid advertising activities with business objectives.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC / Paid Search.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience managing lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Good understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting.
- Experience with campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Valuable communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Google Ads certification will be an added advantage.

Important – Work Arrangement This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Coimbatore.

We are specifically looking for an in-house Google Ads professional who can work closely with our marketing team.

Compensation The final compensation will be based on the candidate's relevant experience, technical knowledge, campaign-handling ability, and proven performance/results.
