Role & responsibilities

- Lead the Tundish Management portfolio across all customer locations.

- Drive business growth, profitability, and customer retention.

- Build robust relationships with steel plant customers and key stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership in tundish refractory applications, continuous casting operations, and performance improvement.

- Ensure efficient execution of Tundish Management contracts and service delivery.

- Monitor operational, safety, quality, and financial performance across sites.

- Collaborate with Sales, R&D;, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to develop customer-centric solutions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical service team.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic or Metallurgical Engineering

Experience

- Min. 15 years of experience in refractories, steel, continuous casting, or technical service operations.

- Proven experience in managing customer-facing technical service businesses and large teams.

- Strong communication & leadership skills

- Experience of Tundish management is mandatory
