Experiance: 15-20 yrs Age : around 42 years

- Ensuring effective running of operations in the units.

- Facilitating effective planning of different styles for the optimum utilization of the capacity.

- Ensuring cost effective operation process with effective man machine ratio / SAM cost to have an edge in the competitive business.

- Ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Responsible for delivering defect free high quality apparels.

- Ensuring smooth coordination between different departments within the unit and across the units.

- Responsible for effective utilization of machinery.

- Managing operations with effective manpower planning.

- Liaison with buyer and buyer's representative.

- Address the customers queries / feedback in coordination with the operation team.

- Coordination with the different technical teams for the hassle free operation process.

- Building cohesive team for meeting the changing business needs.

Skills : - Should have experience of handling 1000 machines.

- Technical expertise.

- Management skills. Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
