WhyNot Advertising is looking for a Gifting & Merchandising Coordinator to join our team and bring creative gifting concepts to life. If you've worked in gifting, merchandising, events, branding, or a creative agency, you'll fit right in.
### Here's what we're looking for:
✨ 2–4 years of experience in Gifting, Merchandising, Procurement, Brand Solutions, or a similar role
✨ Experience with an Advertising, Branding, Marketing, Events, or Creative Agency is preferred
✨ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
✨ Outstanding eye for aesthetics, quality, and detail
✨ Excellent coordination and project management abilities
✨ Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking budgets, inventories, and vendor data
✨ Someone who can multitask, meet tight deadlines, and keep things running smoothly
### What you'll be doing:
? Sourcing unique and innovative gifting options
? Coordinating with vendors and negotiating the best deals
? Managing merchandising projects from ideation to delivery
? Tracking orders, inventories, budgets, and timelines
✨ Ensuring every hamper, gift, and merchandise item reflects the brand perfectly
? Location: Thane (Work from Office)
We're looking for someone who can spot trends, negotiate like a pro, stay organized under pressure, and make every gifting experience memorable.
