- Handle German-speaking customers and understand their holiday and travel requirements.
- Suggest and customize suitable holiday packages based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, packages, itineraries, hotels, and travel services.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.




- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Proficiency in German and English communication.
- Experience in holiday packages, travel sales, international travel, or customer handling will be preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle queries professionally.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales setting.
