German Flight Sales Executive

- Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, fares, schedules, and travel requirements.
- Communicate with German-speaking customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
- Handle flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and related queries.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, baggage, policies, and travel details.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.




- Follow up with potential customers and work towards improving sales conversions.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in German and English .
- Knowledge of international flight booking and travel processes.
- Previous experience in flight sales, travel sales, airline, or travel agency will be preferred.
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of GDS/flight booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of international markets and travel destinations .
