We exclusively serve the mortgage industry. We work alongside our customers to understand their operations, identify bottlenecks, and ship automation that gives their teams 100x more capacity.

Our workflows and agents help teams:

- Collect, check, and organize borrower documents.
- Prepare loan files and supporting evidence for underwriting review.
- Automate borrower follow-ups, updates, and servicing conversations.
- Connect systems and reduce repetitive work across the mortgage lifecycle.

Our dedicated engineering pods build around each customer’s systems, rules, and processes,



with human judgment and exception handling built into the workflow.

Your First 90 Days

You’ll be deployed on a mortgage client engagement as part of a dedicated pod, working alongside engineers, domain experts, and client stakeholders.

You will

- Understand the client’s operations: Learn their workflows, systems, and pain points directly from the people doing the work.
- Own a scoped problem: Help define the workflow, establish a baseline, and agree on measurable success criteria with your pod and the client.
- Build and ship workflows and agents: Translate mortgage processes into working automation connected to the client’s tools and data.
- Make your work production-ready: Implement integrations, conversation history where needed, logging, monitoring, and appropriate human review and escalation.
- Deploy with real users: Test with client operators, address exceptions, and move your first major workflow into production within the engagement’s agreed scope.
- Improve through feedback: Release weekly, learn from real usage, and measure improvements in turnaround time, accuracy, manual effort, and team capacity.

You’ll own delivery from understanding the problem through deployment and iteration.



Shipping code is part of the job; making the workflow helpful to the client is the outcome.

You should be ready to work with clients across US Eastern and Pacific time zones. A valid US work visa is a plus.

Your interview will be conducted in 5 stages:

- Stage 1: At-home Assessment
- Stage 2: IQ + Analytical Round
- Stage 3: Behavioural Interview
- Stage 4: Interview with Captain
- Stage 5: Final Interview with the CEO

Comp band: ₹9.6–₹12 LPA (fixed base), exclusive of equity, performance bonus, and revenue share components.
