We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee daily operations, coordinate departments and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with project, sales, administration and support teams.
- Develop and implement operating procedures.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation and team performance.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Present operational reports and improvement plans to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent with 8–10 years of experience.
- Robust leadership, planning and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.
Key Skills: Operations Management, Team Leadership, Budgeting, Process Improvement, Resource Planning. Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
