Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project and business operations across KEC AGRITECH’s renewable energy, agriculture, and infrastructure portfolios. The person in this role will lead cross-functional teams, manage project planning and execution, monitor budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating PMC and EPC activities, supervising turnkey and PPP projects,



maintaining relationships with government bodies, partners, and clients, and supporting the commercialization and market establishment of final products.

The General

Manager will also drive business development initiatives, optimize operational processes, implement risk management strategies, and provide strategic input to senior leadership on growth opportunities and resource allocation. Regular reporting, performance tracking, and mentoring of team members are core aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong project management and operations skills, including experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management for large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.

- Expertise in business development, stakeholder management, and partnership building, ideally with exposure to government agencies, PPP models, and joint ventures.

- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze project viability, and support investment and commercialization decisions.

- Knowledge of renewable energy, bio-fuels, agriculture, food processing, or related sectors, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, performance coaching, and cross-functional coordination.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization to external stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in
