Role Description The General Manager Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of InfoBay.AI. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, along with the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports.

The General Manager

Finance will manage accounting processes, monitor cash flow, ensure accurate record-keeping, and supervise finance team members. Daily responsibilities include establishing and evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and partnering with leadership to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.



The role also involves identifying financial risks and opportunities, optimizing financial performance, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in corporate or managerial finance roles.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Internal Controls, including design, implementation, and monitoring of control frameworks.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience leading finance teams, implementing financial systems or tools, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements applicable to growing technology or AI-focused organizations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
