Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

General Manager – Finance to lead the company’s finance and accounting functions, ensure robust financial controls, and support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee overall finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting

.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund planning.

- Ensure timely preparation of

MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and financial reports

.

- Monitor budgets, expenses, cost control, and financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements

.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes

.

- Review and monitor branch, showroom, factory,



and project-level financial performance.

- Support management with financial analysis, forecasts, and business decisions.

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.

- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

- Qualification:

CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent.

- Experience:

8–12+ years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial/leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and MIS

.

- Experience in

ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel

.

- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
